Note that rural areas are any areas that are NOT listed in the Cities list. If you cannot find your location under the Cities list you will be charged with the delivery fee as well as the rural fee. Packages arrive at an estimate of 2 - 3 working days at your specified destination after receiving confirmation of payment.
